Embracing the art of Beaujolais-style winemaking from the start, our meticulous process involves using entire grape clusters for the purest essence. Employing partial carbonic maceration and two daily pump-overs, we elevate flavors and aromas. Maturation in concrete tanks, coupled with 18 months of aging, results in wines that embody patience and passion.

Incorporating the finesse of Burgundy-style winemaking from the outset, our meticulous process involves fully destemmed grapes for refined expression. An extended maceration period, punch-downs during fermentation, and three rack-and-returns define our commitment to crafting wines of depth and complexity. Maturation in French Oak barrels and a generous 21 months of aging result in wines that embody the nuanced elegance synonymous with Burgundy.
